Currently working out of Ottawa, On., I was born and raised in Montreal, Qc..
Creating has always been very important to me, and pastry allows me to combine my love for food with my passion for the arts.
​I graduated from Concordia University with a BFA (Fine Arts) in 2006, and then earned my certificate of Superior Pastry from the Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in 2010.
Since graduation, I have gained invaluable experience in my role as Pastry Chef for caterers, a gourmet boutique, and a trendy gastro-pub where I was exposed to many exciting techniques in modern cuisine and molecular gastronomy.
I believe that food should be beautiful, taste delicious, and be made out of real ingredients. Home-made, from scratch baking is about the best thing there is.
